All Adriana Iglesias products leave from the Adriana Iglesias flagship store in Miami, FL. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once your order is confirmed it will automatically redirect to the confirmation page where you will find your order number, you will later on receive an email with all the details of the order. It will take between 2-3 business days for your shipment to be processed and packaged.

For shipments within the USA:
Adriana Iglesias works with UPS for shipments within USA. The standard delivery takes 3 working days to arrive to the final destination and the express delivery takes 1 working day, if everything goes well and there is no problem with the shipping company.
For international shipments:
Adriana Iglesias works with UPS for international shipments. The standard delivery takes 5 working days to arrive to the final destination and the express delivery takes 2 working days to arrive if everything goes well and there is no problem with the shipping company.
You can view the shipping costs at the time of purchase and select Standard Shipping or Express Shipping, where available.

For preorder items, you will receive an email notification where you will be updated on the status of your product. It will take between 2-3 months to produce and ship, it is unlikely that the shipment will arrive before. HOW CAN YOU VIEW THE STATUS OF THE ORDER?
If you are a registered user, log in to the My Account reserved area to view the status of your order in the My Orders section.
If you are not registered, you will receive an email when the order is processed from our warehouse with a link to track the shipment.
All orders are shipped with a traceable courier service and, upon shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with the link to track the progress of your package.
After 24 hours from shipment of the order, you can follow the status of the shipment by accessing the tracking page.
Once the order has been completed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it.
Adriana Iglesias offers in-store returns, a refund in the original form of payment, or an exchange of garments for size or color.
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on www.adrianaiglesias.com, please send us a return request within 30 days of the product delivery date. All returns must be returned to the address on the shipping label, within 7 days of approval of the request.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached. (For future cases, including our "DO NOT REMOVE" hangtag
- Money will not be refunded or a return of clothing will not be accepted if it has been used or damaged. In the event that a product is received with a defect, please contact email@example.com and send evidence of the condition of the product.
-We do not accept returns that have been used for press and styling purposes, including photo shoots.
- Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- All accessories under $50.00 USD are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Adriana Iglesias will reject any return that does not meet the requirements of our return policy or that is returned without written approval.
Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to Adriana Iglesias. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. Adriana Iglesias is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. In the case you you have completed the return form and you have changed your mind and decided to keep the order. There would be no problem, you don’t have to do anything and you don’t need to contact us.
